Through humility and prayer, the Lord has entrusted him to oversee two churches - Gospel Of Deliverance, Inc., and Gospel Of Deliverance Ext. II, Retreat Rehoboth, God Houses 1-6, The Prayer Temple, 16 Bedrooms and Suites, 3 one bedroom mobile homes located on the retreat, 4 more mobile homes, a 3 bedroom house and event facility with full kitchen located at Kearse Village, Mr. K's Kitchen which also housed Mr.K's Car Wash and Veggie stand. His vision has also included a 51 passenger bus, several other church buses, vans, trucks and golf carts for the use of the church and retreat. The most recent acquisition is "The Eagles Nest", a large covered pergola attached via a covered walkway to the Prayer Temple, located on Retreat Rehoboth.

It is Bishop Kearse's heart to educate and empower people, especially our young people, through the Word of God, to become the Spiritual and Political leaders. To be financially independent entrepreneurs who are the recipients of the blessings and manifestations from the Most High God.
His leadership is compiled by of years of wisdom which is embedded in this Servant of God. You would only have to listen to one of his messages to realize that he is a "man sent from God". He is a preacher, teacher, and an evangelist
wrapped in an Apostolic mantel of anointed Grace, Word, and Wisdom.

On June 27, 2021 history was made at Gospel Of Deliverance, Inc., as we celebrated "The Journey" of our Pastor, Bishop Dr. Walter Kearse, Jr..
For over 65 years our Pastor has been serving humanity with his unselfish acts of kindness from the 1960's and early 1970's he served in areas ranging from Washington, D.C., Glenard, Maryland, to Dublin, Georgia , Milledgeville, Georgia and McIntyre, Georgia.
He began ministry in the CSRA in the early 1970's and has never ceased to touch lives and leave an impact on the community by giving and showing care to others.
He often states "People don't want to know how much you know, but how much you care."
